Where AI is used
Community advisor: when you describe your preferences, an AI model suggests communities from this website’s own directory. Journal: articles in the Concord Journal are drafted and published automatically each month by an AI model under fixed editorial rules, without individual human review before publication. Images: photographs on this website are AI-generated photorealistic illustrations. AI tools may also have assisted in drafting and editing other pages.
AI can be wrong
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading, even when it sounds confident. Automated publication can contain errors. Do not rely on AI-generated material for consequential decisions such as buying, selling, building, borrowing or choosing a school. Verify everything with the responsible organization or a licensed professional.
What happens to your advisor inputs
The text and choices you enter in the advisor are sent to our server and to an AI service provider to produce the recommendation. We do not ask for your name or contact information there and this website does not save your inputs to a profile. We cannot make promises about the provider’s own processing beyond its published terms, so please do not enter personal or sensitive information.
