Copyright, DMCA and Content-Removal Policy

Copyright notices (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))
A notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its page address, with enough detail for us to locate it; (4) your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Counter-notices (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, a counter-notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

Privacy: tell us what personal information appears and where. Factual corrections: give the page address, the statement, the correction and a supporting source. Images: identify the image and explain your concern; our images are illustrations and do not depict specific private homes. Property or community information: identify the property or community and what you want changed, and whether you are an owner or authorized representative. We may ask for verification and will respond after review.
